Quality Electric Service

This was the only electrician I could get when I called around, so I will say they did send someone within a few days. However, the guy charged me $300 to change 2 outlets. At least I think it is what he did. This was 9 days ago, and I have yet to receive a receipt. He called to tell me that he changed the outlets and to have me pay him $300. I asked him to send me an invoice or receipt. He said he would, but I never got one. I called the number of the office, and they said they are just an answering service and can't actually do anything except relay the message. Apparently there is no direct line to call anyone that can actually help me. I tried to give them my email address to send the receipt, and they wouldn't take it. I would like written down what was actually done for my records, and because I'm wondering if just changing two outlets really costs $300. If anyone in the company would like to reply that can actually help me, I'd appreciate it. Won't be using them again. I'll just

I received excellent above and beyond customer service from Justin Atnip and his co- partner today. They were on time, solved and fixed my requested electrical issue. They were so kind and helped me install blown out lights because I did not have a latter. Complete gentleman and had a heart of service. I have not experienced great service in my home since I moved here in 2018, but today gave me hope seeing the younger generation serve customers honorably. Both are an asset to the company, and I will refer both gentleman to any homes in my Neighborhood. Give them both bonuses for their customer service because they deserve it. Justin came out to install an electric vehicle charger for us and he made sure that everything was up to our expectation. Overall, he did a great job at installing the conduit, pulling the wires, installing a 60amp breaker, and installing the car charger itself. He was very clean throughout the process and left everything nice and ready to go! we also had a few chats with Bonnie who helped us setup the appointment, she was very friendly and easy to reach by phone. I will be working with this company for future electrical projects. Highly recommended!
