Roscoe Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

We’ve used Roscoe Brown for over 20 years on our primary home and rental properties. We’ve always had excellent service! Recently (on Christmas Eve) we had to call in with a heating issue. I spoke to Susan (who seems to work 24/7/365) and she was kind and expedient in getting us an appointment. RB sent a wonderful tech (Nathan S) to our home first thing in Christmas morning to take care of us. The issue was not a mechanical problem at all but resulted from an additional space we added overloading the system. Nathan was nice enough to explain our options and what we could do to help with the problem until we could upgrade our system. Roscoe Brown is not the cheapest option around but I will always recommend them over less expensive companies based on their quality, knowledge and responsiveness! Gunner come out the first week of June. It’s now August. We ordered a Mitsubishi ductless AC unit. He said it would be here in a few days and installed. It’s still not here. We call for him. Nothing. We call his supervisor and no return call either. After two months we will find someone else to do it.

He kept us informed throughout the process, diagnosed the issue accurately, and offered repair options. The service was prompt and efficient.
