Interstate AC Service, LLC

I’ve been required to use this service per my corporate office, but if there is anything I can say to any businesses or residents that may consider using Interstate AC for repair services—DO NOT. I had called Interstate twice about our unit and humidity problem and were told both times nothing was wrong. Finally, the AC unit went out all together on Tuesday. On Wednesday, they came back a 3rd time and said we needed a new sensor so they installed a temporary one on. The temporary one failed after one hour of being in use. I called again and they said I should be able to turn the thermostat to a certain temp to get the AC to turn on—it didn’t work, and the manager stopped answered my calls at that point. Thursday, I called again and they sent the same guy out to replace the sensor. During his discussion he mentioned the issue MAY be the thermostat. I specifically asked him to just go ahead and replace the thermostat since this was his 4th time out, but he refused and said he was “confid

Was planning on calling in our A/C problem on Monday morning as it was just not cooling well enough. Then Sunday it just stopped working all together. Called Interstate from a recommendation and glad I did. The Sunday emergency service was way affordable and the Ronald took care of a few faulty installation items while he was there for good measure. He explained the safety items on my unit and how things are suppose to work and was eager to get things done right and timely. 100% would not recommend Interstate A/C to anyone ! Our property manager chose them tp service our unit that had been out for 2 days . Tech arrived to “fix” our AC and had to be called back out within 2 days because his repairs were unsuccessful. The tech arrives, and sits in vehicle for about 8 minutes on his phone , so I go outside attempting to waive to let him know we were home … even left the door unlocked and cracked so that he hwalk right in. About 15 more minutes go by and he’s still outside . By the time I get downstair he pulled off , never knocked or rung door bell. I call the dispatcher and she says he said he called and we told him to come back later which was a 100% lie. No phone call whatsoever ! I’m a local Realtor and will warn all of my clients and everyone I can about this Company. To lie about something so small , I wouldn’t trust them in my home .
