Dave, my technician, was great. He got to my house as quickly as he could in the middle of a winter storm when I had no heat. He fixed the issue in a timely matter and checked up a few days later to make sure it was still working! Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. We received great service from J & D. Our wall-mounted heating and air unit went on the fritz after a storm, and they were able to come out the day we call to take a look and diagnose the issue on a holiday weekend. They were also very quick to install a new one when we figured out the old one was beyond repair. We definitely recommend their service!
