With the temperatures well below freezing we discovered that our HVAC system was drawing its last breath. The Lee Company was exceptional in the clear and concise options before us. We asked a lengthy list of questions and they were patient to thoroughly answer each and every one. In the end - we purchased a new HVAC system. The install went exactly as described - and the installers, too, were exceptional! Timely, polite, thoughtful and through. Our home is now toasty warm and we are extremely pleased! Great service by friendly, professional folks! We've used Lee Company since the late 1990's for two houses and have never been disappointed. Through the years Lee Company has installed HVACs, tankless water heaters, home water filters, toilets, new ducts, and has done major home electrical upgrades to our great satisfaction. We recently discovered we had roots in a sewer line which decided to clog while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Lee Company quickly came and cleared the line. I highly recommend them as a timely, one-stop shop for your home maintenance needs. We signed up for the annual maintenance program from Lee and have been thrilled. Jeffrey just completed our annual electrical check and he was very kind and very professional and knowledgeable. With the annual service plan you get four annual inspections … Electrical, plumbing, HVAC heating and HVAC air conditioning. 2 technicians have come to our home and I will request them again. They do thorough work and are not trying to upsell us on anything. We did not have an electrical problem but it was nice to have it inspected.
