Outstanding company in every respect. Identified a slow leak in our 15 year old HVAC system, topped off the refrigerant, and cut our electric bill by 30%. Their annual maintenance plan is excellent. The services I checked off are in the process of being scheduled. The young Service tech that was here yesterday & Justin, who was here this morning could not have been more professional. They not only listened to my story & frustration of the delay in someone getting here, they HEARD me & wasted no time in getting solutions in place, scheduling & solving the immediate problem at hand. They were kind, considerate & obviously love working w/Lee Co. It’s because of these two Lee Co employees & others with whom I’ve dealt are the reason I’ve been associated w/Lee Co for 50+ years.
