Lee Company

On December 14, 2022 Lee Company electricians Troy Bruce and Mark Gray expertly installed new exterior “coach” lanterns framing the garage at my residence. This required considerable skill to cut brick and install a junction/outlet box, to which they ran power. They performed this job in the rain without complaint. They arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window provided by the Lee Company and completed all the work in two hours. Both were friendly and professional, and very favorably represented the Lee Company. Service: Light fixture installation

Let me start off by saying Lee Company has very professional technicians and have always enjoyed the services that they provide. With that said my last experience with them was not great. I had a new unit installed a few months ago with a full warranty and recently the thermostat went out. They came out and said a new one will need to be installed but is not covered by the warranty. It will also be $600. I tried asking for a discount given the situation but the manager could only offer an additional 5% off, which is peanuts compared to the overall cost. This was a complete failure by Lee Company and they should have been more willing to work with me on the price given how new the unit is and having a full warranty as well. My rating is purely based on the situation and how upper management handled it. The guy that came out to do the work was super nice and made sure everything worked properly. Jason and Jeremiah were outstanding. Although we were their last call of the day (after 5 pm) they treated us like we were the most important customer of the day. They resolved an issue with our dehumidifier through careful analysis, determined the cause and repaired it without issue. I highly recommend Lee Company for any HVAC, electrical, or plumbing needs.
