Maxwell Septic Pumping

Called first thing in the morning needing our septic pumped. Spoke with Whitney in the office. She was kind, professional, and got right down to getting it scheduled. Dylan was our tech who came out. He was professional, prompt, thorough, and very mannerly / kind. Excellent customer service and very pleased with work. Definitely a good company with outstanding staff; 10/10! Awesome service, the technician called and gave his estimated time of arrival and it was spot on. I advised him of my form of payment and he advised me of the discount with cash. I asked approximately how long the job would take and he advised me of an approximate time and it was again spot on. I highly recommend Maxwell septic service to anyone. I had them pump out two septic tanks. They arrived on time and immediately started to work. We’re courteous not to drive on my grass. I showed them where the tanks were and they did not dig up more ground than was necessary. Very efficient and quick. Great communication as to when they were to arrive. Have delt with other companies, would recommend them EVERY TIME. Suzanne Flick
