I attempted to hire this company back in July for water heater replacement, however, after their technicians missed TWO scheduled appointments where I had to take off work Melody (the receptionists) simply said I needed to call someone else. Waste of a weeks time and money and horrible service.
I called and they fit me in the next morning at 8 am! Not only were they on time, they were very professional and easy to work with. They fixed our outdoor leak issue and was gone within an hour.
