I called them about coming out to fix a pretty bad leak. A very nice man came and took a look and said he would send me an estimate the next day.... That was Thursday and it is now Monday and I have still not heard back. I even called and asked and still not a call or email. Thank goodness there are other, more responsive, less expensive options nearby. **response to company comment: I have searched my email, no estimate. I didnt even get a call from the tech after asking the office to have them call me. This is not something that I overlooked, your company didnt follow through so own it.

As a local builder for 23 years, my advice is to call Hiller. Had a blockage after hours, my plumber sub does not do clogs. He advised I call RotoRooter, I did, they had a tech call me, couldn’t understand him, wanted me to diagnose the issue (had I been able to do that as a builder, I would not have called them). Quoted 731.00 to come take a look but didnt really seem to want to come out. Since it was a critical issue of flooding flooding floors, poo backing up into sink, and the RotoRooter guy clearly not wanting to come out even with after hours charges, I called Hiller. With in 45 minutes they were here, at 10:45 pm, and had the issue fixed in 20 minutes for 292.00.
