Moving to a new area where you do not know anyone and then purchasing a home can be a bit daunting. However, my realtor set me up with BENT NAIL for my home inspection. I met Lee on the property the day of the inspection and he really took as much time as was needed to walk me through and show me all items of concern on the property. There was plenty of time for me to ask questions and for him to elaborate on remedies/causes/etc. Lee even phoned me after the written report was sent to see if I had any further questions regarding their findings.
