We were not as lucky as others. Our (one) representative was nice and showed up on time....but after “4 hours” of troubleshooting we found out that our problem was a simple faucet turn on an exterior shower. Their hourly rate is $135. You do the math. Plus some new parts that he thought might be the problem before recognizing the actual one. So basically a $700 bill for nothing to be wrong. On top of that he asked to use our meat thermometer to test the temperature of the water coming out of the faucet.... are you not equipped with better technology than that for my $700 bill? Kicking myself that I did not get a quote beforehand because I would have never ever paid this much to turn a faucet. I get that labor is high but this seems very extreme to me considering the labor was not new construction or digging up a pipe, etc and there was no negotiating when I hesitated at the invoice. Very upset. Also did not appreciate that I asked for him to invoice us because my husband was not home
