I will forever use JL Plumbing! JR is professional, efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. My bathroom remodel looks amazing- I couldnt be happier. Him and his crew are we’re so kind. He has been back several times for other unrelated repairs. I trust his work and would refer him to anyone.
We have a shower handle that needs to be replaced. The staff who came were very professional and courteous. They stated they needed to order the part. Four weeks later, after I contacted them twice, they came out to fix it. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part, but I was assured they would rush order the correct part. Now, a little over two months since they first came out, it is still not fixed, and I haven't heard any updates. I'm only giving two stars due to the courteousness of the employee, but at the end of the day, it's two months later and nothing has been done and I haven't received a reply as to why.
Came out within a reasonable time and actually showed up! The guys were quick and very respectful.
