A-1 Finchum Heating & Cooling

A1 Finchum installed our HVAC unit in 2014. In mid July of this year the unit stopped working. We called them and they came promptly. Since it was an older unit they had trouble locating the part. Jeremy, the technician was in touch daily to let us know what the progress was on getting the back ordered part. When he looked at the plate on the unit he discovered it was still under the 10 year warranty so the part was free we just paid for the labor. They could have stuck us for both because we didn’t remember how long the warranty was. Jeremy went above and beyond to locate the part for us and we are now enjoying our comfortable cool house. I would definitely recommend A1 Finchum and much thanks to Jeremy for his persistence in tracking down that part.

We had a leak in our new unit..side note A1 did not install the unit, our builder used a different company, but Tyler quickly found the leak and got it fixed and we have had no problems. I definitely recommend A1! Service: HVAC system repair

Mark Griffey and his team provided excellent customer service & were very prompt in getting a new system installed in less than 24 hours for a family with a new baby. Their exceptional speed was greatly appreciated since it's so hot, and I highly recommend them!
