Duane Bucy is not only a top notch electrician, but a top notch person. He installed the service on my new pole barn and walked me through the process of doing the interior wiring myself. He also upgraded the service panel on my house and ran a new line for a hot tub. He is always on time, always personable, and always helpful and easy to work with. We had a hot water heater go out during a guest's stay at our cabin which couldn't be repaired but required a replacement. Our plumber asked me to contact Bucy Electric to do the new wiring that would be required . Duane was extremely professional and fully understood the urgency of the situation since I had a week rental at risk if it wasn't fixed. He was kind enough to work us into an already full day and worked seamlessly with our plumber to make it happen. We have used Bucy before as well and I can't say enough about their response and professionalism. Thank you Duane!

I would highly recommend Mr. Bucy for any electrical project that you may have. We called for his service, he was at our home within 30 minutes and scheduled the work for a time that was convenient for us. They showed up on time and completed our project to our complete satisfaction. This was our first experience with a Tennessee contractor at our new vacation home and we could not be more pleased with the experience.
