Garrett was awesome. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our issue fixed but he pointed us in the direction to get it fixed! All of this around 11:30PM. Service: Water heater installation
Garrett answered right away and responded immediately from another job during an emergency water leak at our cabin on a Saturday. He fixed it quickly and communicated well. Garrett was super responsive, which is hard to find in the Newport area! He was thorough, detailed, fairly priced and explained everything and all my options up front! He worked on fixtures for 2 bathrooms (sinks, tubs and showers), 2 water heaters and also connected new plumbing in our basement to support the remodel of the 2 bathrooms. He’s our guy now!
