Anderson is a man of his word, and has over 2 decades of plumbing experience. My in laws used him, and now we do, too. He just left here and did a stellar job on replacing the pipes underneath the tub and installing a new drain thing (I'm bad at semantics but you get what I'm saying). He did a great job got a great price. Service: Drain cleaning

Contacted Mr Anderson on Sunday and decided he would come out first thing on Monday morning. I stayed at a hotel because I needed water. I came home to check the progress at 11:30 am and nothing had been done. I called and Mr. Anderson said he just wasn't feeling well about doing the job. I am not irritated because he didn't feel well, but he could have called me early this morning so I could get another plumber out here. Now it's almost noon and I have checked out of the hotel and don't have water at my house. I feel that was VERY inconsiderate and a BAD business practice that I was notified he didn't feel well and wasn't doing the job. Definitely lost a customer and I will not recommend to others due to the unprofessional experience. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
