I've had the pleasure of working with Brandon from JARIC since I moved to Texas almost a year ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, accountable and responsive, always making time to answer my questions and provide open, honest and transparent answers in regards to the work he has performed and any additional work he recommends. Recently, our old condenser (>15 years old) bit the dust when it was 100+ degrees outside. Brandon immediately made himself available to meet with me and understand my options.
