They showed up right on time. Called to let me know they were there. Explained what they were going to do to unclog the condensate line. Then and because we set up an appointment the following week for the bi-annual tuneup, they didn’t charge for that days service because that is one of the things they do during the tuneup. I've had the pleasure of working with Brandon from JARIC since I moved to Texas almost a year ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, accountable and responsive, always making time to answer my questions and provide open, honest and transparent answers in regards to the work he has performed and any additional work he recommends. Recently, our old condenser (>15 years old) bit the dust when it was 100+ degrees outside. Brandon immediately made himself available to meet with me and understand my options.
