Brian and his team did an excellent job resolving our AC outage! From coming out on a Sunday evening to diagnose the issue to promptly acquiring the parts and getting us on the schedule for Monday and then following up after the job; we were very impressed with his professionalism, quality workmanship, fair price and customer service. Highly recommended!
Update** Had my ac unit go out again and this time was so much better! Same day scheduling and continued updates on ETAs. Fixed the unit quick. Keep up the great work! ???? The workers are good they know their stuff, got the job done pretty quick .However, really bad experience with whoever schedules. Waited a whole week and never got anyone to call and schedule me or let me know someone was coming.
