Mark got the shingles replaced within a day and identified that my roof had suffered damage from prior hailstorms. As I worked through the claim Mark supported us in dealing with the home insurance field adjusters. He ensured that pre-existing damage to not only the roof, but to several windows was recorded properly and provided justification for full window replacement (not just the plastic trim). With Mark's backup information, I was ultimately able to get full roof and windows replacement despite initial denial during the insurer's initial judgment.
