I have NEVER had such exceptional service!!! I called for an assessment and ended up with air conditioning in the Texas heat and the repair was reasonably affordable. Luis is AWESOME!!! If you can have him as a technician you are definitely WINNING!! He went above and beyond to make sure my fur babies, my mom, and I had working air. My house hasn’t been this comfortable since May after going back and forth with the home warranty company and the bogus contractor they sent out for months. It was such a relief because the day before I had to rush my dog to the vet because he had a heat stroke in the house and I couldn’t bring him home until it was cool. Thank you so much Luis!!!

Luis and Lindsey were very kind and professional. Luis made quick work of repairing our broken AC motor. Lindsey was able to get us in a day sooner than expected and we are cool once again! Thank you

We have used Grady's for many years. Have had the same service technician, Luis. Honest, good installation of our new a/c and heating system. Great financing. We just made our last payment and had our yearly inspection. Will continue using Grady's.
