This was the second time we used Grady’s air and both times we have had Luis come out for the service call. He’s very professional and personable and seems to really enjoy what he does. He had a young man working with him and he is a fine example to follow. They were both very respectful of us an our property. They did a great job. Very hard working. Also Lindsay from the office was very helpful in scheduling and rescheduling our appointments. She also kept in touch by email and text to let us know the status of our upcoming appointment. We have used Grady's for many years. Have had the same service technician, Luis. Honest, good installation of our new a/c and heating system. Great financing. We just made our last payment and had our yearly inspection. Will continue using Grady's.
