The Air conditioner went out over the weekend in the Dr's office that I work at. We called them on Monday, they were out right away. They had answers for us as to what was wrong in a timely manner. They showed up here first thing Tuesday morning and set up spot coolers, and got to work on the problem. The workers were very kind and did not interrupt the flow of the clinic. They stayed in constant communication with us on what was happening, and what they were doing to fix it. I have never seen a company with the amount of customer service that they gave.
