Biggs Appliances was a blessing! Greg took an extraordinary amount of time helping me fix my Samsung Refrigerator. He helped me order the necessary parts and walked me through the repair remotely via phone call. It’s rare to come across someone who is so patient and skilled at their craft! Greg came to assess our broken double oven. He was the third serviceman to look at the issue. The first didn’t even really look at it. The second said they had to order a part. A month after, after not hearing back, they said they wouldn’t be able to fix it after all. I called Biggs and reached Greg. He came the next day, truly looked at the problem, gave us a reasonable solution to actually be able to fix the oven. Then he advised us a way to fix our issue that would actually result in him making less money. I am impressed with this company and this serviceman. We have a lot of rental properties and work with a lot of repairmen and contractors. Finding one who has integrity, promptness, professionalism, and extensive knowledge is rare!! We will be using this company again.
