Greg was very professional and explained in detail each step of how the HVAC system works and what could and could not be the problem. Greg also gave us the option after he had discovered the problem to either have me go buy the part at a local handyman store and instal the part in which would cut down on the cost. Or have him instal it which would cost much much more. Now you tell me where do you find people like that around anymore? Greg came to assess our broken double oven. He was the third serviceman to look at the issue. The first didn’t even really look at it. The second said they had to order a part. A month after, after not hearing back, they said they wouldn’t be able to fix it after all. I called Biggs and reached Greg. He came the next day, truly looked at the problem, gave us a reasonable solution to actually be able to fix the oven. Then he advised us a way to fix our issue that would actually result in him making less money. I am impressed with this company and this serviceman. We have a lot of rental properties and work with a lot of repairmen and contractors. Finding one who has integrity, promptness, professionalism, and extensive knowledge is rare!! We will be using this company again.
