Pedro and Traci came to inspect and quote for the wind damage on my roof. Not only were they courteous and professional, but they explained in detail, what my roof needed and how they would help me work with the insurance company to make matters easier for me as I have little to no experience with insurance companies. While the roof was being done by a hard-working crew, additional problems were found and and they dealt directly with the insurance to get these repairs done. (I.E. rotted and missing roof decking) All pipes and vents were installed and painted to match the roof and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out and the roofs guarantee!
