whoever drives the company truck is very unprofessional, he almost hit our car, and then got out of his truck and tried to threaten us. i would not feel comfortable letting someone as unhinged as him inside of my home to do repair work.

This company was called by a neighbor to check my outside A/C unit. He told me he would be over after lunch. At 5::40 pm I still hadn’t heard from him. I got a text from Mr. Hardwick wanting my address. I’m not sure if he forgot or just didn’t write it down. After he showed up around 8 pm he took five minutes to tell me he couldn’t fix it and it would need to be replaced. He told me he would check to see if there was a replacement available in the morning. At 12:30 pm he called with a 2500 est. I asked for a bid for a complete replacement and he said he would get back to me on Monday. At 3:10 pm on Monday I got a text for 15500. I told him I would get more bids. The other company responded that day with a 6000 bid. Mr Hardwick’s Service call was 85. In summary. When it’s 101 degrees out side and your air conditioner quits, don’t call him and expect him to show up when he says. Service: Repair HVAC
