We had a couple of trees trimmed last year and lots of branches fell on our roof during the process. After this last wind/rain/hail/snow storm, we decided we probably needed to make sure our roof was still in good shape. A friend had told me about Pristine so I gave them a call. Zane was quickly able to get us scheduled for a free inspection. He took his time on our roof, carefully evaluating everything. When he was done, he told us that everything looked great and we didn't need any repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything and didn't try to scam us into getting sething we didn't need. If/when we end up needing a roof repair or a full blown replacement, we will definitely be giving Pristine a call back.

I needed to get my roof replaced and Zane made the process so easy and stress-free. I was brand new to the process, so him walking me though it all and being present every step of the way was a huge advantage.
