I had a gas issue and they came to my house in 30 minutes, found the issue and fixed it in less than an hour. Mike the technician was fast and did great. I'll use them again anytime.
Amarillo, Rotor-Rooter is our go to when in need of this service - Our tech the past 2 occasions is Johnny. Johnny is awesome, polite and professional and answers all of our questions and concerns. They came out and did a great job. Says they'd be there at 1 and showed up at 1. They even call to let you know they're on the way. Great customer service.
