These guys were very professional, knowlegeable, courteous and fast. The young man assigned to us was named Sam. He new his business and was very understanding that we did not. He patiently explained the process, the cost, and what was available. He helped us with the adjuster & insurance co. and answered all our questions. I feel we have made a friend. The girls in the office are friendly and helpful (be sure to say Hi to Jack). The roofing crew was quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Worst customer service ever. After a year l a terrible they come back and try to say I owe more money a year later and they forged my signature on my contract. I have original contract and they sent me a totally different one. They re crooks. Now with no answer and there still bugging me saying that I owe them money. Roof is leaking and and will not fix. So now I'm out warranty and the money there saying I owe that was already paid for.
