I called 10:20 a.m. and was told someone would be here between 10 and 12 that same day. I was dumbfounded. The service man showed up, looked at my inside unit. Then promptly went outside and worked on my unit without further ado. When I next saw him, he came in, told me what he had done, did some checking of the inside unit and I could tell it was cooling. It was fantastic and I am so thankful, he did not have to keep coming back to see if it was working correctly. He was assured it was and so was I.
