James is a great HVAC technican! Professional, nice, informed, patient, and my dog likes him! He explained the situation with my HVAC in simple to understand terms. James had my system fixed and up and running pronto. Shout out to Tim with the home office as well. I called at 7:30 am expecting to talk to a machine. Instead Tim picked up within 2 rings and had the order assigned quickly. When was the last time that happened! I do appreciate talking to a human not a machine, no press 1 to leave a voice mail nonsence. I was having issues with my A/C not cooling fast enough. After calling High tower, James was sent and it could not have been better. He was very knowledgeable and did thorough diagnosis of my A/C. He has a very special skill set in diagnosing and able to explain it to where people can understand exactly whats going on. He knew how work with my older Carrier system I had, which no other tech had explained to me some of things he did about my system. Hightower is so lucky to have him.
