EXCELLENT! Exactly as good as ever. BACK 5 YEARS AGO. For some unknown reason, this Google review just popped up and makes it look like only 3 months ago. Unfortunately, it's been more like 5 YEARS AGO since our last service from Hightower. Albeit, I know from that experience they were still top notch. But again, I have no idea where that random, recent post and review came from. Truly hope they are still that company. BTW, I did meet Mr. Hightower of the 1990's. At that time he had an incredible service manager that never accepted less than perfection out of the service techs. Don't know if family inherited the business since then. But I found him to be very honest and genuine. He and his associates always kept their word.

Phil our service tech is fantastic and honest guy. He went over things and explained how a previous HVAC company (that was here 2 days before) had done things wrong in attempt to sell me a new compressor. Phil and the guys at Hightower are definitely the only HVAC company we will be using in the future. They did not try to price gouge me and sell me things they I did not need, like the other company that had come out. Service: A/C system repair
