Houk Air Conditioning DFW

Our 2nd floor AC unit stopped cooling few days ago, we contacted couple of AC repair companies and none of them cared to find the root problem, we called Houk HVAC and they were able to diagnose the issue correctly which was the evaporator coil having a leak, the part was under warranty and they got it replaced and fixed. I wanted to recognize Alysha Battiest for helping us out with our AC problems, she has been very helpful in scheduling, working out warranty for the part and making sure everything is taken care off! I would also like to recognize Rolando Munoz for his excellent diagnosis and being able to identify the root cause, hats off to him!! I would highly recommend Houk HVAC for any of your AC needs. Our downstairs unit stopped working. I called another company and they said they had too many calls. That’s when I decided to call Houk they installed the units in our new build a couple years back. Haven’t had any issues until recently. Brandon M. was timely and finished the job quickly and professionally. I really liked Houk’s service from the first phone call. I don’t remember the ladies name but she was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future.
