Our 2nd floor AC unit stopped cooling few days ago, we contacted couple of AC repair companies and none of them cared to find the root problem, we called Houk HVAC and they were able to diagnose the issue correctly which was the evaporator coil having a leak, the part was under warranty and they got it replaced and fixed. I wanted to recognize Alysha Battiest for helping us out with our AC problems, she has been very helpful in scheduling, working out warranty for the part and making sure everything is taken care off! I would also like to recognize Rolando Munoz for his excellent diagnosis and being able to identify the root cause, hats off to him!! I would highly recommend Houk HVAC for any of your AC needs. We recently had Parwez Sharifi from Houk AC do an end of first year check of our air conditioner units and furnace. We were so impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection. He not only spent a lot of time going over everything, but he also took the time to explain to us what he found. He is a real asset to Houk AC!!
