I can’t say enough good things about my experience with MyPro. I had the pleasure of working with Russell and Bobby. Both are pros. Russell was my main point person. He walked me through every step of the process of replacing the roof, took the time to explain everything, and made it so much easier than I thought it would be. We had a new roof within a few days of signing the contract. Russell’s dedication to our project was apparent from day one and continued throughout it. He always just wanted to do the right thing. The crew also did great work on our roof and thoroughly inspected and cleaned the premises. I was so impressed how efficiently they worked in 100+ degree weather. I would highly recommend MyPro! These folks are great. We found some damage to a vent hood on our roof that exposed an open hole to the attic and called them in the evening. They came first thing in the morning and had it fixed in a jiffy. Kind. Respectful. High quality. Responsive. Reasonable. Would work with them again! Very professional and pleasant. Started at 7am and worked til 8:30pm! Came back morning to finish clean up. The general manager even walked neighborhood to pick up trash that had blown around. Service: Roof installation
