NewRise Heating & Air Conditioning is hands down the best company to call when you have issues with your air conditioner. I called multiple companies before I found NewRise and they couldn’t accommodate my very urgent need to fix my air conditioner as my home was up to 89 degrees. Amir & Steven came so quickly and had my air back cooling within 30 minutes of them being here. Amir was nice, respectful, knowledgeable & communicative. Don’t believe any bad reviews about this company!! I highly recommend them to any homeowner in the Dallas/Fort Worth area!
This company is a scam. They required that I provide my credit card number before they would come out to look at my AC. They replaced a run cap and then tacked on an extra $125.00 to spray off my condenser with a hose. They say I authorized this charge. I NEVER DID AND NEVER WOULD. I would never provide your credit card number to this company.
Fantastic communication and quick response to our timetable and needs. Highly recommend this company. They were very helpful and honest about what they could and could not do and their pricing was very market fair.
