I had Paschal AP & E service our new HVAC system. Tech Bobby Campbell completed the task in a very professional and thorough manner. I was very pleased with the service he provided. Tech Chris expertly solved a couple of minor problems with my system. I've owned several rent houses over the years. These guys aren't the cheapest, but they are a *very* well organized company. I passed the good word onto NextDoor. Will use them again. Service: HVAC system repair
I had a service man come out for a problem we were having with our a/c. and after the visit I was not very happy. After the initial review I put up, Caleb from Paschal Air reached out to me and we were able to resolve the issue. Caleb made things right and I'm really impressed that he took the time out to call and fix the issue. I will certainly use them in the future as I know this company cares about their customers.
