We called first thing this morning due to our air conditioner blowing air but not cooling. Oscar arrived in the afternoon and quickly determined the problem and had it fixed in no time. Don’t normally do reviews, but felt like these guys warranted one. Our AC went out, and I called Paschal’s, as they had acquired the company that installed the units. Thinking it’s an AC issue in the summer, I’m already expecting to be told the next available appointment would probably be in 2 or 3 days at least. Very surprised when the receptionist told me they would have someone out later that afternoon, and even more surprised when the tech called me to let me know he had arrived 30 minutes later! Oscar was super nice, let me watch over his shoulder and explained everything as he went. They had responded and fixed everything in under 3 hours. Crazy fast service. Very impressed.
