I called in the morning to schedule a plumber to come out and service a water heater. Person that answered the phone said she could have someone out tomorrow. I provided my information and address for the job. I later received a call in the afternoon saying I had not been put on the schedule and when would I like them to come out. I stated tomorrow as originally planned. I got put on hold and when the returned the turned down the job without explanation and just hung up. Completely unprofessional. Service: Water heater installation

Tom's was able to work with me to have a leak in my father's yard fixed even though I don't live in the area. The guys worked very fast (done in about an hour!) and they were knowledgeable and very professional. They charged WAY less than others quoted, by almost $1,000! We will be calling Tom's for any future needs, highly recommend!!
