We recently had our roof replaced by Walden Roofing and had a great experience working with them ! We had our roof and gutters replaced along with our fence re-stained. Brad Tate from Walden was our main contact that we worked with. He helped us through the claim filing process, spoke with our insurance adjuster and came out to inspect the roof along with the insurance adjuster. Brad was wonderful during the entire process - so helpful, great communication and he came by the house each day work was being done to make sure everything went smoothly. I was impressed with Brad's attention to detail and the high level of service he provided to make sure the work was done well and that we were happy. I would highly recommend Walden Roofing! First off, I will start by saying that STATE FARM flat out would not work with us on our roof damage. Three times we had been denied a roof. Then I met Roger. State Farm once again disappointed us but Roger explained to me that he would get my roof fixed and they would pay for it. I had nothing to lose, so I let him handle it. Roger Walden calls me about 3 months later, before insurance does, tells me he got it done, three days later a new roof is on my house. His team was great and cleaned up everything when done. All in one day. Amazing work. And Insurance covered it. If State Farm is giving you the runaround, let Walden Roofing handle it….he is the man. Thanks Again Roger!
