I knew what I needed and called to get a quote (I was shopping around). Omar answered the phone when I called and was able to get me what I needed quickly. Their quote was similar to the ones I received from 3 other companies, but slightly lower. I decided to go with this company bc of that, but also bc they made it so easy to get a quote and book it. Within 24 hours I had a completely new unit, fully installed. Alex -one of the guys that came out to do some of the installation- was very communicative and polite. Jessica responded to our concern immediately and then set up an appointment for Luis came out to the home first thing in the morning to service the a/c unit! He was very detailed, very patient, and professional. He aswered all my questions and assured me that the system would be well maintained. Big relief as we have young kids.
