I knew what I needed and called to get a quote (I was shopping around). Omar answered the phone when I called and was able to get me what I needed quickly. Their quote was similar to the ones I received from 3 other companies, but slightly lower. I decided to go with this company bc of that, but also bc they made it so easy to get a quote and book it. Within 24 hours I had a completely new unit, fully installed. Alex -one of the guys that came out to do some of the installation- was very communicative and polite. My a/c went out I called and spoke to Omar and he did some troubleshooting with me over the phone POOF low and behold the a/c popped back on! He saved my life! 100% recommended 5 stars for him and the company. Ohhh its 106 degrees right now! thanks a million
