Dan was very professional as is his team. It is obvious he chooses his Project Managers wisely. Doing business with Avenue B is easy because they are organized. This takes much of the pressure off of the customer and puts us at ease. These guys do great work.

Avenue B Development have built several residences that we have designed. As an architect I work with many different builders and Dan Kennedy is definitely one of my favorites. He is organized, flexible, timely and his subs do quality work at a fair price. What more can you ask for?
