Responsive, on time, friendly, and professional. Blue Sky rep promptly replied to my request for heater tune-up via OneGuard Home Warranty and scheduled appointment. Technician Jose updated me on his ETA on day of appointment and provided guidance on topics including heater life expectancy and filter replacement. Thanks Jose and Blue Sky team! I had some difficulties with the communication/procedures with the office and the manager called me to help resolve them. I appreciate that that you took the feedback and plan to implement change.
We contracted Blue Sky to do some off-season zoning/duct work for us. On our already zoned system, they re-arranged the ductwork as planned to re-arrange the ducts covered by each zone. On our non-zoned system, they added a zoning system including moving around ductwork as necessary, rebuilding the plenum, etc... Their quote was very competitive and the work was done quickly and competently. The modifications have been working great! We've also previously used Blue Sky for a home warranty repair and they were also great at that. 5/5, definitely recommend Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
