We received a free HVAC winter tune-up through our home warranty, and received excellent service from our Blue Sky Heating technician. He gave our system a thorough inspection, advised us on preventive maintenance and filter replacement, and gave our Trane system a clean bill of health. They cancelled on me with a few hours notice due to the cold temperature for an AC maintenance. It is 60 degrees. While I didn't appreciate the sassy text exchange, they ended up coming out at the previously scheduled time and doing the AC maintenance and seemed knowledgeable.
