Our AC kept on blowing the fuse and a previous company changed board and thermostat. The tech came in and I told where we were, he listened and made a plan and after 3 hours found the issue which was a wired badly connected to the compressor. I had a problem with my thermostat linking up with my phone. The technician took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem and did not leave until the issue was resolved. It took nearly an hour to get the issue resolved and he was very patient and wanted to make sure that we were up and running properly.
