Got whole home surge protection installed at a somewhat high but reasonable price and I'm very happy with how it went. I'd choose Mr. Electric again because Max, the professional assigned to me, was very knowledgeable, professional , and patient and walked me through everything explaining *why* and *how* things work. He also walked me through a free safety inspection of electrical systems in the home and work he recommends without aggressively forcing additional products on me. Max gets a 10/10 from me. Jon & Kevin did an AMAZING job! I had come home from a vacation to my husband telling me one of our rooms was having issues with the outlets - after a quick Google search, I found Mr. Electric. Gave them a call, they set me up right away with an appointment. After a look around, Jon & Kevin found the issue (among several other issues), & gave me a great deal to fix it all! Thank you guys for the fix - this teacher GREATLY appreciated it! Panel upgrade and installation Managed the power off and reconnect with local electrical provider - I had to initiate but once ticket in James managed it from there. James also remedied previous wiring issues and advised on what to expect. Great service would recommend to anyone needing electrical work done.
