Update: Scheduling issues seem to be getting worse. They keep forgetting about appointments and wasting customers time. The service is good in theory, but in practice their execution leaves much to be desired. I mostly wanted the service for convenience, but sometimes it's more of a headache than it is worth. I've had an electrical issue that needs to be fixed that is going on 5 months. I asked them to help me setup an appointment for vent cleaning, their contractor never once bothered to get in contact. Them sub-contracting things out is a horrible idea and usually results in them being a middle man for sub-par contractors. If you have anything outside small issues, you're better off calling a contract of your choice, yourself. Window repair also took months to do in the past, everything they do is a snails pace. We had a water leak in our master shower and PreFix was able to send a technician by the following day. Rodney the technician took the liberty of buying the necessary brand specific parts based on the photo I had provided. He even texted me when he was in route. When he arrived he was professional and courteous and walked me through the issue. He even gave me pointers on how to fix the problem if it happens again. We have used PreFix for several years now to help with both preventive and ongoing maintenance, and we have had an excellent experience with them. For the projects they have not been able to do themselves, they have referred us to great pros, who have also done a really good job.
