I would like to personally recommend this company to anyone whose home needs roof repair. Dealing with Mr. Ryan actually felt like I was dealing with an actual human being who thought about me a person first, then a customer. Other companies treat you like a dollar sign. Ryan made me feel like my problem was his problem too. He was professional POLITE! Didn’t talk too fast or use language I wouldn’t understand. He took his time but was efficient. We didn’t have to wait weeks, and everyone we dealt with in this company had a sense of urgency because our situation was urgent and Mr. Ryan knew this. He showed us the damage, thoroughly explained how the damage came to be and how our roof should be repaired. Mr. Ryan also kept us updated throughout the repair process. I have my house for sale… Let me start with that, because the amount of stress this company saved us was more then I thought it was. Ryan Green was who showed up when we noticed some roof damage and made the call. Came out the same day, within 3 days it was all done and was cheaper then others I compared to. And if you were like me a company that is honest is more rare than a three legged unicorn poking holes in my roof. Amazing job well done. Quality Exteriors did a fantastic job, professional, efficient, clean job site, and excellent customer service. We got bids from several roofers and at first we went with one that lead us to believe he could get the insurance company to pay for it. The insurance did not cover it and we decided to go with Peter. He was honest and never lead us to believe the insurance would cover it. We got rid of the first roofer and hired Peter. He was able to install a Quailty roof for less money. They monitored the rain to make sure they installed it at the right time. They were very efficient and the job site was left very clean. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I come across needing roofing repairs. replacement, or inspections. Service: Roof installation
