My sister's house needed a new roof bad after a couple hail storms. Told her to call Peter at Quality Exteriors and he would take care of her. I had the pleasure of doing business with Quality Exterior’s after the hail storm in April of 2021, different companies was in the area getting estimates for home owners. I was at work and was always missing the opportunity to get my roof looked at. This one morning my doorbell ring, of course I was at work but was able to talk to the rep through my doorbell camera. They set me up got estimates and the rest was history. These guys are very professional and the service is A-1. I would recommend them 100% of the time. Than you!
I would like to personally recommend this company to anyone whose home needs roof repair. Dealing with Mr. Ryan actually felt like I was dealing with an actual human being who thought about me a person first, then a customer. Other companies treat you like a dollar sign. Ryan made me feel like my problem was his problem too. He was professional POLITE! Didn’t talk too fast or use language I wouldn’t understand. He took his time but was efficient. We didn’t have to wait weeks, and everyone we dealt with in this company had a sense of urgency because our situation was urgent and Mr. Ryan knew this. He showed us the damage, thoroughly explained how the damage came to be and how our roof should be repaired. Mr. Ryan also kept us updated throughout the repair process.
