We've used Rooterman for a while now and everyone has been fantastic, but wanted to give a review specifically for Eddie. He came down to do a leak inspection and was really thorough about it, but what stood out was how carefully he cut out the sheetrock so we could replace it afterward. Checked in with me constantly and got permission before doing anything and made sure all costs were upfront. Had some trouble getting out of our driveway (because of how our driveway was sloped, which I should've warned him about) but didn't get frustrated or angry about it as I might've been if I were stuck at a job! I was impressed with the quality of his work and his customer service skills. Although Rooter-Man's prices are on the steep side, I think their service is worth the extra cost. After spending quite some time trying to locate the leak myself, I'm glad I called Rooter-Man and had David fix the issue. He not only fixed the leak but also gave me some helpful tips on other plumbing issues.
