While moving into our recently purchased home, our AC went out and TemperaturePro came highly recommended by a neighbor. I gave them a call and had an appointment set up for first thing the following morning. I was met by the owner of the Company who quickly diagnosed and fixed my plugged AC drain line getting my system right back online. I also got a quick tutorial on the Nest HVAC platform, and lots of good advice on air filtration for me and the rest of the allergy sufferers in my family. These guys are great! Love these guys, they have strong family/caring vibes. I've worked with them professionally as a builder and have relied on them at my own home for years now. We recently had to replace our whole system. They spelled out the different options super clearly, scheduled us quickly, and hung in strong for a challenging and HOTTTT install (in our attic). Our heater stopped working and another company came out and said it would cost about $400 to fix and we also had to pay for the visit ($125). I didn’t trust their estimate / diagnostic, so I called Temperature Pro who helped us last year and Veronica got us scheduled promptly. David from Temp Pro did his own diagnostic and then tightened the connections / cleaned the faulty part. It worked! No need to spend $$$ on a new part for an old system we will likely replace in the next 12 months. David was professional as always and explained how I could troubleshoot the issue in the event they couldn’t make it out to our house quickly in the future. I couldn’t recommend David and Temperature Pro team enough. I should also mention Veronica who appreciated my urgency and was able to move us to an earlier appointment when a slot opened up on the schedule.
