Our heater stopped working and another company came out and said it would cost about $400 to fix and we also had to pay for the visit ($125). I didn’t trust their estimate / diagnostic, so I called Temperature Pro who helped us last year and Veronica got us scheduled promptly. David from Temp Pro did his own diagnostic and then tightened the connections / cleaned the faulty part. It worked! No need to spend $$$ on a new part for an old system we will likely replace in the next 12 months. David was professional as always and explained how I could troubleshoot the issue in the event they couldn’t make it out to our house quickly in the future. I couldn’t recommend David and Temperature Pro team enough. I should also mention Veronica who appreciated my urgency and was able to move us to an earlier appointment when a slot opened up on the schedule.
