I was optimistic about using Thunderbird Plumbing to replace a water heater in our home after reading some of the reviews and after my initial contact with them. Unfortunately, the owner seems to have become offended by my asking him how many years of experience his technicians have and if are they certified. The owner's first response was "You likely found us by our reviews? I couldn't tell how many water heaters we've replaced". I responded that I wasn't trying to insult anyone and apologized if it came across that way. I was just looking for some peace of mind. He responded with "No worries, just let us know if you have any more questions". So I again asked if he could tell me how approximately how many years of experience his technicians have. To this I received two responses - one stating each technician's years of experience, and then another email that said "I’m going to respectfully decline. You take care."

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Thank you again for all the wonderful work!!!

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless.
