Was absolute floored by Totally Cool's level of service. Shelley was quick to respond every time I reached out and always very helpful in her responses - she made the scheduling, payment, and rebate a breeze. Mark was beyond knowledgeable and took his time to figure out a game-plan that would be best for the house as it was built in 1972 and needed a complete gut of existing, relocation, and install of new system. Mark also never stopped checking in on the project from start to finish - he ensured it was being installed accurately and professionally by his team. The class didn't stop there as the entire installation crew was always on time and professional. My gf and I both work from home and they were as polite as possible and so respectful. I collected four quotes for this project and Totally cool was very competitive and fair with their pricing. Will personally recommend this company to anybody in the market. I guess the experience varies a lot by technician assigned to you. Mine did a ver poor job cleaning the condenser, and I was charged for 1lb of freon without being told about it, guy came, did the poor cleaning and said he “added” 1lb of freon, without telling me in advance I get $89 added to the visit because of that, seemed scammy nit to let me know they were going to do that, specially since I didn’t have cooling problem and would like to be present for that, to make sure something is actually added. I complained via email and the guy came back to tell me if I wanted that lb taken out, but the problem is I don’t even know if it was really added after the fishy approach they took. Maybe if you have an issue they are great, but for regular maintenance in my area I do not recommend them, as a matter of fact, I would recommend against them.

We just purchased two AC units and thermostats from Totally Cool. They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Their service from the service call with Jeff through installation with the rest of the crew was outstanding. We had questions about the units, etc. and Shelly was great to work with too. The whole group was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we could not be happier that we used them. I highly recommend Totally Cool for any AC or heating need you may have.
