These guys are the best. They had to come out 1 time for my AC. 3 times while on another job they talked me through the diagnosis repair myself. What kind of Company does that. Just finished service with Robert and he was able to diagnose and help the furnace issue we had in our master bedroom. Also was able to help alleviate our stress on a sudden gust of water from the bathroom ceiling. The fix was straightforward and he was able to get everything working quickly. Couldn't recommend Trusted enough. We've been using them for a few years now and we consistently receive top-notch service no matter who comes to do inspections or repairs. I was recently reminded why I continue to choose them for needs. One of our AC units went out around 7pm at night (mid-August) and after I requested a callback, Robert Cooper called me nearly immediately. While he wasn't dispatch or part of scheduling, he offered to help try to solve the issue over the phone before someone could get out there next day. Needless to say, he was very patient, gave great information, and helped me learn more about ACs in that short call than I had ever known before. While we couldn't solve my issue, he had a note ready with scheduling and they called me first thing next morning, had a tech out same day (who was also awesome), and got my issue handled.
