Had a 2 1/2 ton carrier unit installed and they were prompt and the install looked pretty good. So far the unit is keeping up with this 105 or better temperature days. Also no other company could touch the 10yr warranty so I feel I made the better choice going with Trusted Heating and Cooling. Services: Installation, Heating system installation, Install AC
AC went out late on a Sunday afternoon during a 100*+ heatwave…. I made no less than 45 calls to try to get someone to come out (I have two kids, one infant!) and Trusted Heating and Cooling was the ONLY company to return my phone call… John was super responsive and squeezed us in at 10:30 PM on his way home and got us back up and running quickly saving us from an 85* night in the house. Mason was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We had him come out for a maintenance check and he was very thorough and explained everything going well and any of his concerns. I never felt pressured to replace anything but felt that I was given the appropriate amount of information to make my own decision regarding if I should replace something now or wait until the future. He happily answered my many questions and resolved all of my concerns. Ive never had such a good experience with an AC company that I could trust. I am so glad I found them. I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be using them for our yearly checks from now own.
