I can’t say enough about Nick and the On Point Plumbing Team! My water heater failed, it was on the second floor, and ON a Saturday night at that. In a quickness they answered the call and Nick was here that same night making sure there were no major issues and fixing it the right way until I could get replaced later that week. No major flood or damage outside of the failure. They returned to do the replacement in a couple of days and the pricing was affordable with an upgrade to the outdated plumbing. Nick went above and beyond to walk through the fix as well as upgrades. Highly knowledgeable, locally owned, and great communication. The work is estimated accordingly and they’re not ripping you off to earn an extra nickel. Hands down a customer from here on out and will recommend to any/all that are looking for an honest plumber.
