Dr. Watts Electric, Heating and Air

Well I have to say I was most pleased with my electricians work and knowledge.He was a gentleman by the name of Allen Rittenhouse and he was really impressive I first liked how he addressed all of my concerns and questions all 500 of them lol than he showed me everything that was out of code and how much it would be! But the best part is the little things like how he vacuum out both my inside and outside breaker boxes Lord knows I haven't touched the inside of them since I bought the house and he cleaned out all seven dead lizards and lizard eggs inside them I don't mess with or like electricity so I don't mess with them. And this was just during the initial inspection and look around. All in all his expertise was appreciated along with his professionalism and quality of work I do believe they are alittle pricey because of the quality bit for that customer service I'm willing to live with that

I can't begin to describe How much I appreciate Dr. Watts in their entire team but I will try my best. First we are new here to Texas and new to being homeowners so replacing a Ac unit wasn't ideal for a first time home but it was done and they have been so patient and efficient with us since the first day they allowed us to shop around and we came running back. The front desk staff goes beyond measures I love both those ladies that work there. I had a deployed husband so any questions are maintenance that needed to be done they were always on top of it. Right now speaking I'm having unit issues again and they are making us a priority which we appreciate in this hot summer. I wouldn't take my business else where even if you payed me too. They are a little more pricey then some of the other companies but worth it too. Thank you from the Curtis family!

Maverick and Geraldo were top notch! They were very professional and respectful of my property and house and played with my overly friendly dogs who refused to leave them alone ???? I enjoyed watching the two work together as Maverick patiently explained and taught Geraldo the techniques of the installation vs just telling him what to do. There was never any rushing, belittling or annoyance in Maverick's tone or words. While it may have been a bit more pricy than other companies, the service Dr. Watts provided and it's employees was entirely worth every penny! I look forward to using them again in the future!
