I want to thank Ted for coming out today! We had a wire that had burnt in two. We had no air on a day that felt like it was100 outside. Ted was so nice and corrected the air conditioner. I have an old in floor furnace and the pilot was not lighting. Lexi and scheduled an appointment ASAP, and Jaxson H. came today. Jaxson is fantastic! He answered all of my questions and had the pilot lit and the heat on in no time.
